The second quarter of 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 to an athletic family. The father and her siblings played hockey on ice, however her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer, and basketball before she began fitness at fifteen. Aleesha was given her professional license after winning her first championship at NPC USA Championships 2014 She began her professional career in the year 2008. She was also a participant in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and placed ninth. Aleesha was able to hold onto an 8th place finish in the 2015. Aleesha placed 6th in both of 2015 and 2016 during her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. As she continued to improve, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 when she won her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. The best bodybuilder's performance in the WOS Rising Phoenix came in the year 2020, when she snagged the fourth position. However, "Worlds strongest mom" was forced to take a time off from bodybuilding because of health concerns.
